Urmi is a 18 years old young girl whose four limbs were affected due to a mistreatment of a village quack doctor at the age of two. She grew up on her parents lap and then started to walk on her knees. She came to know about the Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) and came here. The Health Professionals of CRP produced artificial limbs for her so that she can walk properly. Now she is also receiving training to play wheelchair basketball at CRP.
