Come along as I ride up the west coast of Scotland on a 2024 Royal Enfield Himalayan hire bike. The coastal route around the northern Highlands has been designated as the North Coast 500 for about 10 years now, and winds its way through spectacular landscapes. I start on Skye and make my way up over Applecross Pass to a cabin northeast of Ullapool.
