System Dynamics does a great job creating dynamic hypotheses, generating causal loop diagrams, and simulating using stock and flow diagrams (the What and Why). But sometimes implementation is not factored in as a separate goal that requires unique skill sets (the How).
This seminar discusses what’s needed – the How, beyond the What and Why - to enable clients to ensure cultural congruence, buy-in, and risk management proficiencies to successfully execute our findings with buy-in and without resistance.
