Renewal of the Construction General Permit General Permit (CGP) No. TXR150000 – October 21, 2021

This virtual stakeholder meeting was held to discuss the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TCEQ’s) upcoming 2023 Construction General Permit (CGP, TXR150000) Renewal. Preliminary proposed changes were presented to stakeholders and were given the opportunity to provide feedback. The statewide general permit regulates stormwater discharges from construction activities. The current CGP expires on March 5, 2023.
