Martinez Cocktail with Genever - Father of Gin

Martinez Cocktail is usually made with gin. In this episode I made it with the father of gin - genever, which was a gift from one of the first 'Cocktail Time' fans, Arnold, from Barack’51.

Martinez Cocktail:

• 60 ml Genever, Barak’51
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
• 1 barspoon Maraschino liqueur
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash Orange bitters

Combine all the ingredients in a well chilled mixing glass, add ice and stir. Pour the cocktail in a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
