This demo combines my scale improvisation lesson (see LOE 002, • LOE 002 - #SCALES - improvise using the ma... ) with one of my backing tracks. I'm playing a C major scale over a backing track in 4/4 time.
Of course, other combinations are possible. In this video, I try to show what's possible with only one scale if you follow my improvisation rules presented in LOE 002.
For level 1, the rules are:
Simply play the scale, always up and down 2 octaves (no notes skipped)!
You're allowed to repeat notes, and add rests.
