Grilled Hanger Steak over Live Fire

I'm grilling Hanger Steak aka "Butcher's Steak" on my GrOven over a Live Fire using Pecan & Oak wood. This is THE BEST cut of Beef in my opinion, tender as Beef Tenderloin, but as flavorful as a Ribeye.
