The ever increasing Glory of God (19 June 2020)

I want you to experience the glory of God; to behold Him face to face. During those months of torture and suffering in a communist prison, I had an experience which transformed my life; it was as if I experienced heaven in that prison cell. Yes, I have seen the power of God in my life! Not some emotional experience in a conference, but step by step walking closer to God – my teenage cry for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, my two cancers, the prison – and many other problems and miracles. Every step is another miracle towards experiencing the power and glory of God! As for me, I will seek a fresh baptism in the Holy Spirit every day until I am in the Kingdom of God. I see more miracles now than I did when I first received 75 years ago; the power of God has not faded or diminished in my life! That is why Peter said we have a living hope, an inheritance which is incorruptible that cannot be defiled, that does not fade away but goes on increasing and increasing until the moment when we see Jesus in all power and all glory.

We must not allow the glory of God to diminish in our lives. When Moses came down from Mount Sanai, he had to cover his face; why was that? I believe one reason was, as he descended the glory faded, and God did not want the Israelites to see this because they would fall into unbelief. I want you to search for the increasing power and glory of God in your life: the Apostle Paul taught that ‘we all, with unveiled faces, are looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord and are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory; this is from the Lord who is the Spirit.’
