Dammit it's a *HopChop*... not a ChopHop...
This is a patch cutting jig designed by Spin Rate Engineering and available from Shapeways. Video says it all really - such an easy way to cut patches.
It needs to be bought in two parts:

And you'll need some 6x1mm neodymium magnets, superglue to hold them in, and some US-style single edge razors (decent ones so they cut smoothly).
