The fourth world warrior tournament has begun. The first fighter to participate is the Spanish ninja, Vega. The ninja is interested in what the host of the tournament, Seth's technology. Vega hopes to use the technology data to possibly create a way to carry on his idea of beauty. To get to SIN's laboratory, Vega must fight his way through the tournament. Can Vega find the information that he seeks? Or is the idea carrying on his beauty a pipe dream?
