Supplier Receiving

After order placed to supplier, the store supervisor will need to ready to receive their purchase item from their supplier. Store supervisor will expect the delivery item from supplier.
Make sure you print out the item sticker before you want to perform the receiving action..

   • AGen sticker Printing  
To perform receiving action in A-Gen, you need to find the icon In, then select supplier receiving listing, click on the Add button.
New page will allow you to receive the item from the supplier.
Key in your supplier code, example is 9102, A-Gen will automatically check again the database, if supplier found, it will show you the supplier’s name as verified result.

Now by using barcode scanner, scan in the barcode on the received item. The barcode should already be printed from item barcode printing module.
by using barcode scanner, scan the barcode on the item sticker, match the item description with the receiving item, key in the quantity of received item.

Repeat this action until all item completed received from this supplier.
Now click the save button to confirm the receiving process.
You can view the received item from the Supplier receiving listing view.
