Greetings fellow travelers. What is Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin?
Antartica: Empire of the Penguin is a peaceful walkthrough attraction for guests to come up-close and personal with five types of penguins. The exhibit is meant to replicate the conditions the penguins actually live in, so the encounter is guaranteed to be a cold one.
Antarctica: Empire of the Penguin mimics the conditions of Antarctica as closely as possible. That means that the building will be cold – very cold – and that the building will likely be dark, as the sun rises and sets differently since the tilt of the earth’s axis keeps the sun below the horizon for months at a time, making permanent human habitation impossible.
As a walkthrough attraction, there are no height restrictions or other factors to consider. Accommodations for guests in ECVs or wheelchairs are available.
