Achu and yellow soup is a delicious traditional Cameroon meal eaten in most parts of the country, especially the North West region.
In this video i will show you easy steps to make achu and yellow soup.
Ingredients
Taro/cocoyams
Green banana
Achu spice
1 tbsp Nikki or Canwa
Exstra contry onion
Pepper
1 cup palm oil
3 maggi cubes (large)
4 cups of water
1 1/2 cup meat stock
beef, dry fish, cow skin, cow strip
salt to taste
Egg plant
Huckleberry, onion & a pinch of canola oil
