Hey Guys!
In the video I will be showing you how I create the individual feather train using hot glue!! Alternative if you don't like hot glue is E6000
Tools Used:
Glue gun
Glue stick
Scissors
300 Individual feathers (link below)
4 yards Milliskin Spandex : https://www.spandexhouse.com/solid-co...
I also forgot to mention that I used my circle skirt pattern for my train bottom. The length and width was based off of my clients measurements.
