For over 25 years babies have been born from embryos of all qualities - 2pn, Day 3 & Blastocyst. Frozen embryos have no pre-determined shelf-life. Babies have been born from embryos frozen 25+ years. Many healthy babies have been born from embryos given a poor quality rating by embryologists and physicians. Grade A embryos do not guarantee you will have a baby, and neither do Grade C embryos guarantee you will not have a baby.
