Part 3 is involving how I had to retrofit and notch the factory r12 early-style evap box to fit the r134a evaporator core that is only available for all the z32s. the results came out perfect and it ending up fitting good. there was no issues connecting the lines at the either and everything bolted in and connected just like before. Overall this was not a bad job to get done, I have done worse evap cores before where the whole dash had to come out. So all the z32 owners that have been putting this repair off, I hope this helps you get in there and get it done.
