Eating at Misi. BEST Pasta in NYC? As Good as Lilia?

I eat at and review Misi in Williamsburg, Brooklyn of New York City. The restaurant comes from chef Missy Robbins who also opened the very popular Lilia. Misi is a fine dining Italian restaurant that serves handmade pasta dishes and elevated antipasti with a focus on simple Italian cooking.
