Описание:
Using tags we can mark different areas or text widget. We can highlight or add add different styles by creating tags.
We can create a tag and give it name by using tag_add() then configure the tags by using tag_config() and then remove the tags by using tag_remove(). We can destroy the tag by using tag_delete().
