AFTER the F3, F7 and E8, the ALCo RS1, RS2 & RS3 are my FAVOURITE switchers and roadwork diesels.
I love the look of them and especially the sound of their engines. Unfortunately the recently (a few months ago) sound decoder mysteriously died.
I intend on buying more of the RS line like the new Bachmann RS3 which is in the Rio Grande livery (a road name that I've wanted), but I hope to find Conrail, CSX, NYC (New York Central) and Union Pacific RS series locomotives.
LOVE THEM!!
