Obviously the upgrades in technology make it a no brainer that an L.E.D. bulb of any kind is going to have better light output than factory bulbs. After enough research and constantly seeing people commenting about blinding onlookers I found that there are certain companies that actually create a physical cutout blocker on the bulb housing itself which blocks the light output at a certain angle from the L.E.D. These; as shown in the video, have this cutoff built into the bulb housings and that's why I really like them. I mean other than the esthetics and cosmetics of the looks of the light output as well as the lights on the bike when looking at the front fairing!!
