We spoke to Adam and Will from Lorna Shore shortly before their Berlin gig on their current tour. Somehow a special place for - especially - Will, as his first show as a member of Lorna Shore was in Berlin five years ago. Looking back, the two realize how much has changed. How much they have actually grown. And the chapter is not yet closed. Their new album “I Feel the Everblack Festering Within Me” will be released in September.

The two give us a glimpse of what we can expect from the new album and how they produced it. Something they describe as “a factory”. Each band member knows what they have to do at what point in the songwriting process. Adam and Will also explain how complicated songwriting is, why some songs are harder to write and others are almost perfect from the first draft.

Wir haben mit Adam und Will von Lorna Shore kurz vor ihrem Berlin-Auftritt ihrer aktuellen Tour gesprochen. Irgendwie ein besonderer Ort für – vor allem – Will, denn seine erste Show als Mitglied von Lorna Shore war vor fünf Jahren in Berlin. Rückblickend stellen die beiden fest, wie viel sich verändert hat. Wie sehr sie tatsächlich gewachsen sind. Und das Kapitel ist noch nicht abgeschlossen.
