In this 9-ball league match at New York Cue Club, I face Michelle, a D-ranked player getting 2 racks on the wire in a race to 7. It’s the first time I’ve had a female opponent featured, and she brings solid cue action, smart safety play, and pressure when it counts.
Despite the head start, I have to stay sharp and work through a few momentum swings. Great energy, good competition, and a strong showing from both sides.
