Here is the second installment of what was the first Pac Tech to be delivered to the Chicagoland area. IRS bought two of these and had them done up with some pretty good looking wraps, and in this video we see this truck working up in the Rogers Park area. They've added numerous more Pac Tech's in the time since, all done up with some different eye catching wraps on the bodies.
