This is a full line of profile robot cutting integrated with ABB robot arm and Plasma cutting system.
1- With magnetic loading equipment to load the beam profiles to the buffer chain conveyor.
2- Chain type conveyor working as buffer
3- Edge cleaning line to clean the edge of bulb to remove the primer painting with brush wheels.
4- Robot plasma cutting line with measuring gripper, inkjet marking device, ABB robot to excute cutting as per cutting program.
5- Belt-plate conveyor output the shor-part and unloading with pusher.
6- Chain type converyor to unloading the long part.
