Start of the game development diary for the upcoming TI99/4a Survival Horror game: They Feed At Night.
This is a sequel to the game "They Come At Night"
This video shows the current game graphics and play screens in the Magellan graphics utility for the game's overworld location - Derrityville's Lot Island. An undead infestation has taken over this small, New England Island town.
Game play will be similar to the original "They Come At Night", with the player scrounging resources during the day and fighting off the undead after sundown with firearms and explosives.
The player will also have the mission of finding the source of the infestation and destroying it, saving the town from an eternal hell. The player will need to explore buildings and locations, looking for key items to solve puzzles to advance to finding the source of the evil plaguing the town.
