🟢材料:
豬肉/柳 300 克
忌廉粟米 1 罐
薑 適量
鹽 1/2 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
蠔油 1 茶匙
生抽 1 茶匙
澱粉水 2 湯匙
胡椒粉 適量
🟢做法:
1️⃣豬肉洗淨去筋膜,切成小丁,加入薑末、胡椒粉、鹽、糖、蠔油、生抽和少量的澱粉水,拌勻醃制半小時。
2️⃣將肉粒爆炒至差不多熟,加入忌廉粟米,煮至豬肉全熟,碟中裝熱飯一碗,把粟米肉粒淋上飯面或伴飯側均可。
🟢Ingredients:
Pork loin - 300g
Cream style corn - 1 can
Ginger - as needed
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch slurry - 2 tablespoons
White pepper powder - as needed
🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Wash the pork and remove the fascia. Cut into small cubes and marinate with ginger, white pepper powder, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and a small amount of cornstarch water for half an hour.
2️⃣ Stir-fry the pork until almost cooked, then add the cream style corn. Cook until the pork is fully cooked. Serve the hot rice in a bowl and pour the corn and pork mixture over the top, or pour it beside rice.
