Circuit-Bent Answering Machine + X-Files Theme ft. Ivy Pedals Quadrata Fuzz and Will-O-Wisp

This demo includes a resample of the classic X-Files theme song. I recorded it to this answering machine from a low quality YouTube video, and we are playing it back at a slightly different sample rate.

Alright so, I am Ivy Pedals, I designed and built the two effects pedals you see under my circuit-bent answering machine/sampler device. This sampler has a VCO for the clock/sampling rate, and it has an LFO, FM modulation, an LFO, an LDR circuit, and an A/D push button for pitch rise and falls. This is an older model ~2000(?), and it is very lo-fi. There is a RAM chip in there, and the overall sound is extremely filtered and depends on the sampling rate at the time of recording. I've made a few of these now, check out my channel for the other circuit-bent answering machines!
The pedals here are the Ivy Pedals Quadrata Fuzz (square wave fuzz) and the Will-O-Wisp (analog modulator; chorus/flanger/more). I do some knob-turning, no talking, and I get to show off a few different tones from each of the pedals.
