Ingredients:
Step 1 - Soak
1 1 /2 Cup Fine Semolina (250g)
300 ml Whole Milk
Step 2 - Sift
100 g All purpose Flour
100 g Almond Flour
1 TSP Baking Powder
1 TSP Baking Soda
1/2 TSP Salt
Step 3 - Beat
200 g Butter
3/4 Cup Sugar
Step 4 - Mix all together
1/2 Cup Extra Creamy Greek Plain Yogurt
2 TBSP Orange Zest
3 TBSP Orange Juice
Glazing (Optional)
1 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
2-3 TBSP Milk
1 TSP Orange Zest
Chopped Pistachio and Almond
Notes:
1. Yogurt is a substitute for egg.
2. Can replace almond flour buy all purpose flour
3. Can replace Orange Zest and juice by 2 TSP of Vanilla extract.
