At Wrestlepalooza, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes will be out for payback when he goes to war with the brutal Drew McIntyre.
It was McIntyre who put Rhodes on the shelf when he hit the titleholder out of nowhere with a vicious Claymore Kick that drove the champion's head through the announce table.
Rhodes, however, would return with a vengeance on the Sept. 12 edition of SmackDown. Moments after McIntyre scored a controversial victory over Randy Orton, he prepared to deliver a post-match Claymore on The Viper through the announce table. His attack came to a screeching halt, though, when The American Nightmare crashed back onto the scene. Rhodes attacked his adversary and laid down the challenge for a title match at Wrestlepalooza.
