I know how to work with masa, but I tried my hand at working with clay with artists in the village of Mata Ortiz, which is known around the world for it's exquisite pottery. Over the same coals where the pottery was fired, they cooked up an asado de puerco feast! Back at home, Sami and Juju join me in the kitchen to prepare our own asado feast and, for dessert, a tasty fried sweet treat, sopaipillas.
