Netflix’s documentary series “Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey” that re-examines the 1996 killing of the 6-year-old is raising new hope among investigators to bring closure. Boulder police says the case could have been handled better and hopes the docuseries will generate more tips from the public decades later.
