Welcome to Day 21 of the Full Body Boxing Fitness Home Series — no equipment, just discipline, movement, and fighter energy 🥊💪
Today’s session focused on mobility, strength, coordination, and conditioning to keep the body sharp and the mind locked in.
I started with a bounce warm-up to activate the legs and rhythm, then moved straight into a full-body routine designed to build endurance and improve boxing movement.
🔥 Workout Breakdown:
• Bounce Warm-Up — get the rhythm flowing
• Jumping Jacks — full-body activation
• Elbow to Knee — core engagement and coordination
• Shoulder Stretch — mobility for better punching form
• Arm Stretch — flexibility and recovery
• Jump Squats — explosive leg power
• Bounce Lunges — rhythm, balance, and leg endurance
• Oblique Stretch — improve rotation and mobility
• Back Stretch — posture and flexibility
• Push-Ups — upper-body strength
• Mountain Climbers — cardio + core
• Front & Back Lunges — control, balance, and stability
• Back Stretch (again) — loosen tension
• Plank (1 min) — core strength and endurance
• Core Stretch — recovery and flexibility
• Burpees — full-body conditioning
• Bounce — footwork rhythm
• Shadow Boxing — sharpen movement, speed, and technique
21 days in — still consistent, still improving, still leveling up.
