Quick Notes are a way for you to quickly drop a note with all the verbiage that fully supports eligibility right into your EMR.

So far, I have Quick Notes for following Diagnosis Specific sections:
1. Alzheimer’s / Dementia
2. Parkinson’s
3. Heart Disease
4. Stroke / Coma
5. Pulmonary Disease

Simply choose a different option each time so your note is unique, tweak it to reflect your patient, and you’re done! Remember I will be updating the options each month, so you have fresh notes to choose from.

I am working hard to get the Quick Notes into all the diagnoses, but it is tedious … I appreciate your patience 🥰
