On Monday, an exchange during the cross-examination of a NYPD Homicide detective led to the prosecution's decision not to pursue admission of an interrogation of Luigi in Pennsylvania by New York investigators. I talk about the strategy behind this decision and why it may say more about how the State is feeling about the strength of this motion, and the future of their case.
