9. Force Resultant of concurrent noncoplanar forces

We’ll also solve the following problems:
Problem 1: For the 100-lb force shown in the figure,
1. Express the force F as a Cartesian vector.
2. Compute the coordinate direction angles.

Problem 2: Two forces act on the hook shown in the figure. Specify the magnitude of F2 and its coordinate direction angles so that the resultant force FR acts along the positive y axis and has a magnitude of 800 N.
