Recipe and tips:
CARNIVORE BUNS
2 Large eggs
1 1/2 cups milk powder
1 tbsp baking powder
Steps:
1: Whisk eggs and baking powder in large bowl.
2: Slowly add powdered milk and mix with spatula until the batter thickens.
3: Fill small bowl with water for wetting your hands.
(This will help keep batter from sticking to your hands)
Shape batter into small round buns and if they get too sticky wet hands again as needed.
4: Place buns onto baking paper and bake for 11-13 minutes at 350F in conventional oven. Similar process in air but check on them often to avoid over cooking.
5: Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy with butter!
6: Reheating in microwave for 15 seconds is all they need.
Tips: Wearing rubber or LaTeX Gloves was helpful to keep my hands clean when making buns. If batter is too sticky to make balls, add small amounts of powdered milk until batter thickens.
(DON'T SKIMP ON THE BAKING POWDER OR THE ROLLS MAY COLLAPSE)
