The basis to Partial Pressure Blending is starting with an empty cylinder, filling it with a certain amount of pure 100% oxygen, then topping it off with standard breathing gas (21% oxygen and 79%nitrogen). Being able to calculate the specific amount of each gas is made simple with this short formula.
