About 1.8 kilometers of the dual carriageway project from Mongu traffic circle to Kambule has been rehabilitated.
Road Development Agency (RDA) Western Region Provincial Road Engineer Paul Habasimbi says the road has been upgraded to a four-lane road with asphalt works completed and drainage works underway.
Mr. Habasimbi told ZNBC in an interview that the project is designed to accommodate increasing traffic and also fit into the Lobito Corridor.
