Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe 🍪

Ingredients:
200g salted butter
320g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
80g brown sugar
80g white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
150g chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cream the butter with the sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing in between. Then, add vanilla.
Sift in the flour and baking powder, mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
Scoop dough into 40g balls, place on the sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake for 15 mins, until edges are golden, but the center is soft.
Cool on a wire rack and enjoy your perfect homemade chocolate chip cookies!
