Hazrat Ibrahim (عليه السلام), or Abraham, is a highly revered prophet in Islam, Judaism, and Christianity, known for his unwavering faith and his role as the "father of the prophets". In Islamic tradition, his story includes destroying idols in his youth, being thrown into a fire which Allah made cool and safe, being commanded to sacrifice his son Ismail (though Allah ultimately replaced him with a ram), and leaving his wife Hajar and infant son Ismail in the desert, which led to the miraculous sprouting of the Zamzam well. His story is central to the observance of the pilgrimage Hajj and the festival of Eid al-Adha, commemorating his submission to God's will. Hazrat Musa (عليه السلام), known in the Bible as Moses, is one of the greatest prophets in Islam, Christianity, and Judaism. In Islam, he is highly respected as a messenger of Allah and is mentioned more than any other prophet in the Qur’an.
