Antique Leg Cuff Shackle Restoration

I restore a rusty antique leg cuff. I bought this antique leg cuff shackle at the local antique store. I thought is was an amazing restoration project. It was missing the chain and other shackle but still a great item to bring back. I wasn't able to take it all apart but that's what you get with shackles. I hope you enjoy this restoration project.
