Jesse Duplantis is a Christian Evangelical Charismatic televangelist who started out as a rock musician before persuing a life of preaching. Duplantis has mostly kept his nose clean over the years, but in 2018, he would stun everyone when he openly asked his followers to donate so he could purchase a Dassault Falcon 7X jet. This opened him out to a whirlwind of criticism regarding how his ministry spent its money.
