Ingredients
400 g chicken thigh
200 g Thai eggplant
30 g long bean
50 g turkey berry
30 g fingerroot
20 g young peppercorns
2-3 pieces spur chili
4-5 pieces kaffir lime leaves
1 cup holly basil
3-4 tbsp red curry paste
400 g unsalted chicken stock
1-2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
