• Nuisance created by backbenchers- Make them sit in C or U shape.
• After activity period- Don't start teaching all of a sudden. Take 2- 3 min activity to gradually evoke their interest in studying.
• Proximity method- going closer to the disturbing child .It helps to control the hyper, attention seeking children.
• Count down method- to control the class without losing patience.
• Avoid power struggles/confrontations- it can be embarrassing for both the children and the teachers. Speak to the child after the class.
