Yes, Your Majesty (Peach vs Amy)

"It's finally here!"

Today's date was circled. Amy had been waiting for this day all year. It was Princess Peach's annual sports exhibition, used to find individuals for her royal guard. "Oh! The ceremony's about to start!" Amy showered, got dressed, and dashed out the door.

During Peach's speech at the ceremony, she then blew her trademark kiss to the audience, making some of the members faint. Amy hoped she would get picked.

"Now, let's draw and pick our competit-" THUNK

A jealous woman had threw a beverage at the princess! Amy saw this and emotions took over. Before anyone knew it, Amy rushed over and knocked the woman out! The crowd cheered. Peach, though covered in Sprite, was able to compose herself in time to see the unorthodox knockout blow Amy delivered. Security came to get the woman and Amy out of the venue.

Peach saw this happening, quickly grabbed the mic and said "Stop! Bring her to me." Amy couldn't believe this! The guards pushed Amy through the crowds. As she drew closer to Peach, she started sweating bullets. Peach saw this and smirked.

"Looks we have our champion!" The crowd roared, seemingly supporting Peach's decision to forego the drawing. Amy almost fainted. "Thank you for taking care of that brutish oaf. After that display, I want to assess your skills." Amy beamed. "Yes! Please, just name it and I'll do it, Princess!"

Peach raised her eyebrow and smirked again. "Oh yea? Well, after seeing that punch of yours..." She pulled the mic back to her mouth. "This year's sport is...boxing!"

Everyone left the ceremony happy, including Amy. In fact, no one had realized that Peach hadn't name Amy's opponent! It wasn't until that night when Amy was putting on her gloves in the locker room that it hit her. "Wait, who am I fighting?!"

Amy and a cloaked fighter climbed into the ring. The fighter dropped the blue satin garb. Everyone gasped. It was Peach! Amy's jaw dropped.

*Earlier that day*

Before Princess Peach left the venue, she was stopped by her assistant. "Um, Princess? I'm looking at my notes and it says here that you wanted the sport this year to be rugby." Peach looked back and said "Change of plans. Get my gloves ready, I have to shower." "Oh? She's the one today? Understood, your majesty..."

Unbeknownst to most, Peach likes to box in her spare time. Also, she's a bit of a dom! Her guards are strong, but Peach has a killer hook that could floor an elephant! Apparently, all of her guards were recovering in the hospital after the last session. When Peach saw Amy, she thought "This little thing? With that kind of power? Huh. She's cute. I wonder if she can take a punch..."

*Back in the ring*

Amy was stunned. "Princess? I have to fight YOU?!" Peach's smirk came back. "Mhm. You said you'd do anything I said, right?" Amy's usually gung-ho in these situations, but she seemed hesitant to even put her gloves up opposite Peach. "I can't hit you, Princess. I wouldn't be able to live with myself." Peach seemed a bit annoyed. "Well, then I'm gonna have to beat you silly until you're out cold. Pity. I thought I was gonna more fun tonight."

Ding Ding

Peach went right in and connected a couple shots. "Ugh! That hurt, but I can't-" "You don't wanna fight? Well then catch these, brat!" Peach's trademark hooks landed repeatedly. Amy finally gave in. "Ok, Princess. I won't hold back!" Amy landed a quick combo of jabs. "That's more like it," Peach thought.

Eventually Amy delivered her new punch! Peach stumbled back. "Whoa, I haven't been hit like that in years!" She felt a tremor, instantly got excited, and delivered a combination that floored Amy. She thought she may have gone overboard. "Well, that was fun."

But wait, Amy beat the count! While getting up, Amy thought "I need to...prove my strength...for Sonic." Peach was impressed. "Still up, huh? Good. Give me a show!" "Yes, your majesty."

Amy was eventually KO'ed, but Peach couldn't believe Amy's resilience. She wanted more. And, Amy would give it to her. "I'll go again, Princess." Peach felt that tremor again. "That's a good girl."

Once again, Amy was beat against the ropes and KO'ed twice more, but still wanted to keep going. Peach thought about making things interesting. "Alright, this time, I won't guard or sidestep."

This time, Peach was floored a couple times! Her tremors were everywhere now. "I could actually lose. I won't, but to think that I could!" Of course, Amy lost again and she stayed down for good.

Amy was so caught up that she hadn't realized that everyone had left after the first match. Peach knew, and had her assistant lock the doors and use a fake audience. Peach walked to Amy and knelt down. "You're guard-material alright, but I think this is a better position for you. Looks like you're coming on the road with me!"

Even though everyone left, the assistant had the cameras stay in place. They weren't broadcasting, but they were recording. Turns out Peach (and Amy) would be using those recordings later...
