Here is the detailed recipe of crispy Potato snacks
RECIPE
1. Make a soft dough of Maida including a half spoon of salt.
2. Prepare potato stuffing: take two boiled potatoes and roast them with basic masalas of your choice.
3. Spread the stuffing on the dough.
4. Cut the dough as shown in the video.
5. Now roll the pieces of dough into the croissant.
6. Fry the croissants on low to medium heat untill they turned golden brown.
