The Black-fronted Piping-Guan (Pipile jacutinga), also known as jacutinga in Brazilian Portuguese, is a large, rare bird in the Cracidae family (chachalacas, guans, and curassows). It is native to the Atlantic forests of southeastern Brazil and adjacent parts of Argentina and Paraguay. The species has declined significantly due to habitat loss and hunting, making it a rare bird in recent decades.
