The Teenage Health Unit (THU) at the Goldman Herzl Family Practice Centre joined with researchers from Participatory Research at McGill (PRAM) in the Department of Family Medicine to collate the perceptions of teenagers, school guidance counsellors and staff of the THU to explore what facilitated or hindered teenagers from using the services of the THU. Joint dialogues about the findings offered a basis for developing strategies to support greater use of the services offered by the THU.
