Here is the full Ministerial broadcast made by Captain Terence O'Neill, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, at 6 pm on Monday 9 December 1968. The broadcast was shown simultaneously on both BBC Ulster and Ulster Television, and is popularly known by its first, striking, sentence.
