Now that all of this is out of the way.
There are pieces of music that has the ability to transcend I believe this to be one of them. Today is a day of honor. It's not about cookouts and vacations. It's about those who have SERVED in our ARMED FORCES and have given the ULTIMATE sacrifice. That is why today is set aside.
These lyrics convey this perfectly. I've heard this song performed a couple of times, but I never could find a video that seemed to have the lyrics correctly written out. So being someone who has severe OCD about things...I had to take matters into my own hand and create one. So here it is
